1. Provider

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all grooming services booked with MyKindCoats Grooming GmbH. By making a booking, the client accepts these terms.

3. Appointments and booking

All services are by appointment only. A booking is confirmed when MyKindCoats confirms it in writing by email or by phone. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without stating a reason.

4. Prices

Prices listed on the website are starting rates. The final price depends on the pet's size, coat condition and the time required. An estimate will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the end of the session. For large breeds or long sessions, a deposit may be required in advance.

6. Cancellation and no-show

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the estimated service price. No-shows will be charged in full.

7. Correction guarantee

If the client is not satisfied with the result, MyKindCoats will correct it free of charge within 48 hours of the original session, provided the client contacts us within that period.

8. Health and safety

The client confirms that their pet is in good health at the time of the appointment. MyKindCoats reserves the right to stop a session at any time if a pet's behaviour poses a risk to the groomer's safety.

9. Limitation of liability

MyKindCoats takes all reasonable care during grooming sessions. MyKindCoats is not liable for pre-existing conditions or adverse reactions in elderly or medically compromised pets.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
